Move-in
We provide professional and accurate inventory reports to capture the exact condition of your property. Backed by a full complement of photographs, no stone is left unturned, including fire safety checks, health and safety checks, utility meter readings, and key logs.
Move-in
An add-on to our inventory report: we're happy to meet and greet your inbound tenants to move them into their new home. We make them aware of any major issues we've reported, show them the locations of utilities, and hand over the keys.
Mid-tenancy
For mid-tenancy checks, we'll visit tenants at home, or collect keys to access when vacant, and take notes on the condition of the property, from signs of damage, damp or mould, to unauthorised pets, subletting or smoking. We'll take notes from the occupiers too.
Move-out
At the end of the tenancy, we return, inventory report in hand, ready to compare conditions. Everything above and beyond fair wear and tear is reported with photographs, to help eliminate deposit disputes. We take meter readings, and return keys if we met the tenant at check in.
