L&M Inventories was founded by Robyn and Steven, two independent inventory clerks who kept running into the same problem: reports that were rushed, generic, or missing the detail that actually matters when a deposit dispute comes down to a single photograph.

Between us, we've carried out inventories, check ins, check outs and midterm inspections across hundreds of London properties for private landlords, letting agents, and everything in between. After years of working independently, we joined forces to build something better: a partnership built on consistency, so every client gets the same careful standard, whoever's holding the camera. We're not a call centre or a franchise. We're two people who know this industry inside out, and who still carry out the inspections ourselves.
